Vishal Sharma

B.Arch, Founder Partner, Architect

Vishal co-founded Confluence in 1999 and has been responsible for the growth and strategic direction of the company. With 24 years of an impressive work portfolio, Vishal leads clients and colleagues in rich collaborations that produce dynamic, unexpected solutions informed by the program, site and culture of the client.

In his earlier avatar, he was responsible for project designing and management, specializing in large scale residential, commercial, serviced apartments, green building, IT and township projects. Vishal combines a strong sense of design with an understanding of construction techniques and commercial details that bring about finely executed projects thus contributing to Confluence as one of the more respected architectural practices today.

Vineeta Singhania Sharma

B.Arch, Founder Partner, Architect

Guided by a sense of curiosity and affinity for problem solving, Vineeta as the principal designer for Confluence’s projects, spearheads the formation of Confluence’s aesthetic of narrative architecture, where the natural history and cultural influences of a site’s location are joined to building program.

Her inputs gives our work both emotional and intellectual resonance. With 23 years of extensive experience in leading teams to design and deliver projects to the last detail, she is leading the most prominent residential, commercial and institutional projects of the firm.

She relishes the challenge of pushing ideas to their limit in order to find creative solutions and discover new ways of working.

A Dynamic personality who believes in looking at the world through a sustainability lens. He has an experience of various typologies, like masterplanning, high rise residential development, commercial and IT parks along with reputed clients like Trump, Emaar, Bharti, ITC, M3M etc.

Ashulika Arora

B.Arch Exp. 12 years Director | Boutique Studio

With a keen sight to detail and hands on experience with large scale commercial projects, IT parks and Luxury Villas. She has previously worked with the elite clients namely Zydus, Jaypee cement, Brookfield, Apollo tyres, AIPL etc.

Mukesh Kumar

B.Arch. Exp. 18 years Director | Working Team I

He has in depth knowledge of design development, building bye laws, site coordination, leasing area calculations and various building approval stages along with complete building lifecycle delivery. He has keen interest in IT/ Commercial and Retail Building Projects.

Balraj Singh

With a combined experience of more than 20 years and a thorough knowledge of the byelaws, he brings onto the table sophistication combined with style and dynamics to deliver the projects at site.

Dakshit Bajaj

Driven by curiosity and technical knowledge, he believes in getting the work done with precision. With vast experience in various typologies like high rise residential and commercial projects.

Amandeep Singh

B.Tech from Punjab Technical University in 2007. He has worked with various reputed organization like M/s NCC, Era Infra Engineering, Design. He has in depth knowledge of Design & Engineering co-ordination, Billing, Estimation & contract Management.
