“Kingstown Heights is conceived as a vertical residence with five towers rising around landscaped greens, where pools, clubs and terraces are lifted into the sky, turning housing into a layered lifestyle stack.”

Spread across 6.26 acres and housing approximately 625 residences. Designed with a radical rethinking of amenity planning, the project integrates four tiers of pools and five level clubs within the towers themselves, creating leisure spaces that redefine vertical living. The towers are articulated with modernist geometry, glazed balustrades and aluminium fins – punctuated by a glazed triangular crown at the summit. A landscaped podium separates pedestrian and vehicular movement, while cantilevered infinity pools and panoramic decks connect residents directly to the skyline.
