The Club is a 1,00,000 sq.ft. built-up leisure and wellness facility, designed as an extension to a luxury residential development. The arrival experience is defined by a majestic waterfall backdrop to the reception area, within which a sculptural boat installation is embedded. The interior planning emphasizes visual porosity and landscape integration, with green pockets introduced across levels to create a strong biophilic character.  
A signature feature at the ground level is the walk-across floor-to-ceiling aquarium, forming a visual promenade through the central spine. Alongside, a transparent capsule lift offers panoramic views into the aquarium as it moves vertically through the building.
At the terminal end of the plan, a striking red metal staircase connects all levels.
Amenities are programmed to support a luxury lifestyle—comprising wellness, recreation, dining, social, and leisure spaces—offering a private, exclusive environment for the high-end residential user.
