Amritam is a private enclave of 27 villas in Benaulim, Goa, designed as a sanctuary where landscape and architecture entwine. The masterplan is anchored by a 500-metre-long lazy pool that flows as its aquatic spine, while villas with pitched tiled roofs, verandahs and colonnades reinterpret Lusophone traditions for contemporary living.

Every villa is lifted on high plinths with shaded overhangs, terraces and verandahs to withstand monsoon cycles while maintaining openness to breeze and garden views. Natural materials- lime plaster, stone, terracotta and timber, form an honest palette that deepens with age. Passive orientation, dense planting and low-energy systems ensure that Amritam sets a quiet new benchmark for climate-conscious coastal luxury.
