Nigeria Mixed Use Development

“The coast choreographed architecture and formed proportion, orientation and landscape shape experience. Every element, from the tower to the promenade, is positioned to balance density with openness and structure with horizon.”

Set on a 25-acre coastal site in Lagos, this mixed-use master plan is structured around proportion, hierarchy and climate response. A 200-metre tall commercial tower forms the primary anchor, with residential blocks, beachfront villas and leisure zones organised along a central axis that terminates in a landscaped green, the civic heart of the development.

Building orientations, circulation routes and shading strategies are planned to harness coastal light and wind, creating a comfortable microclimate across the estate. Along the waterfront, a cascading club and promenade step down with the natural terrain, integrating pools, decks and recreation areas into the shoreline. The result is a coherent urban estate where density, landscape and climate-driven planning come together to form a distinct waterfront identity.
