Cleo County is an Egyptian-themed residential development with 24 towers and 2,638 residences. The development is designed to offer high-density living without sacrificing openness, identity or experience. Inspired by ancient Egyptian design language, the project is anchored by a monumental Sphinx gate and defined by desert-toned façades, axial symmetry and a vast landscaped courtyard that brings scale and serenity together in a singular experience.

Technically ambitious in both concept and delivery, the project features a modular structural grid, reinforced concrete frames, and optimised tower spacing to ensure privacy, ventilation and solar access. The muted palette was selected to align with the thematic intent and long-term durability . The project integrates through water and energy-efficient systems with ample green cover.
