We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect – Interior Designer to join our design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and finishing of interior environments. This role combines architectural knowledge with interior design expertise to create aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable spaces across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Design & Planning

• Develop innovative interior architectural concepts in line with client requirements and budget constraints.
• Create detailed space plans, layouts, and elevations using CAD and 3D software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Rhino).
• Select and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, lighting, and colour palettes.
• Incorporate architectural features like walls, partitions, ceilings, and floors into the interior design.

Project Management

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage design presentations.
• Supervise on-site execution and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.

Client Communication

• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and present design concepts.
• Provide design advice and solutions that reflect client’s vision and functionality needs.
• Maintain effective communication to manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other interior designers in multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with procurement and construction teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
