The main concept of the design aims to provide uninterrupted long views of the Highway on one side and Hindon river on the other side. Indulgence in natural setting became inspiration for the housing project located on the fringes of bank of Hindon river yet well connected to expressway.

Platinum green rated building exuberates luxury elements along with modernist approach of architecture that became the language of the proposed housing style. The building design is inspired by art deco representing luxury, glamour and exuberance. The stylization of interiors by incorporating ‘fusion’ aims to create an eclectic mix of modern and art deco style to provide luxury and comfort.
