OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead/Senior Architect to manage large-scale residential and commercial projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on leadership experience and a strong track record of successful project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Design Management

• Lead design and planning for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets.
• Ensure all design documents meet industry standards and regulations.

Project Planning & Design Management

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to successfully execute projects.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, productive environment.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

Design Implementation & Quality Assurance

• Ensure design intent is faithfully implemented in construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Review design documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation, including revisions, contracts, and reports.
• Prepare regular project status reports covering progress, budget, risk, and scope changes.
