Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives.
 - Research market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the architecture, real estate, and construction industries.
 - Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, government agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders.
 - Lead client presentations, RFQ/RFP pursuits, and proposal development in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
 - Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
 - Maintain CRM systems and track outreach, leads, and follow-up actions.
 - Support project kickoff meetings to ensure smooth handoff from BD to design/production teams.
 
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Familiarity with CRM software
 - Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
 - Knowledge of local building markets, industry-related processes, architectural services and project phases.
