The design centers on a circular club, positioned at the heart of the development. The circular form acts as a counterpoint to the rectilinear geometry of the surrounding buildings, serving both as a functional hub and an architectural statement.
The linear building is articulated through a series of rhythmic portals and axial corridors, punctuated by landscaped central courts.
