The master plan owe its concept from the existing physical features of the site. The two most important feature– lush green trees and water channel that crosses the site just in front, forms the two important aspects of designing.

The site is developed in four zones– front/first zone as river front development where commercial have been given maximum highway frontage. Second zone as lush green forest resort where luxury is intermingled finely with nature.

The third zone as luxurious and exotic farmhouses and farm villas where untamed nature rejuvenates one from inside. Fourth zone as future development zone where provision is left for commercial, institutional or residential use as per the necessity may arise in future.
